Purchasers of Techulon Glycofect Transfection Reagent must adhere to the terms of this limited use agreement. Glycofect is sold for research purposes only and for use by the original purchaser or purchaser’s employees only. Glycofect may not be resold or otherwise transferred to a third party if that sale or transfer is for any commercial purpose. This includes the use of Glycofect in the manufacture or preparation of any derivative product, or the combination or kitting of Glycofect with other materials sold as a bundle. Any Glycofect purchase is fully returnable and refundable if the purchaser is unwilling to accept these terms. Techulon holds exclusive worldwide licenses for the manufacture and sale of Glycofect and other carbohydrate-based transfection reagents based on certain patent-pending molecular structures. Techulon also holds an exclusive worldwide license for therapeutic applications of these reagents. Parties interested in developing gene-delivery therapeutics utilizing Glycofect’s high efficacy and low toxicity should contact the Company.
